I have recently found out that there is a breast milk bank operating out of the gold coast. What a fantastic idea - especially for premmie babies whose mothers can't feed them. So my question is, if you couldn't feed your baby, would you use donated milk? Would you donate milk for another baby? Apparently they are pretty strict about accepting milk, you have to have screens for infectious illnesses, then the milk is pastuerised, so it's very safe.
